Digital proof

• We will provide digital proof before production to avoid any issues. Our main priority is satisfaction

Eligible Issues for Reprint or Refund

• Defective products (as determined by our team). Contact us within 72 hrs after your package has been delivered.

Not Eligible for Refunds

•  Products once they are in production.
• Customer errors such as typos or wrong file uploaded.
• Damage products due to shipping carrier negligence.

Cancellation Before Production

• Full refunds are issued if you cancel before production begins.
  Refund Timing.
• If applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days but, in some circumstances, it could take up to 14 days after approval.
  No Exchanges.
• We do not offer product exchanges.

• Items sent back to us without our approval will not be accepted.
